“Jon” is a distinguished trial attorney with considerable experience handling business litigation, residential and commercial contractor disputes, uninsured motor vehicle accident cases and subrogation claims, as well as first-party insurance claims. He also defends clients in homeowner’s association matters, commercial and residential landlord-tenant law, debt collection and debtors’ rights, and personal injury claims and defenses. Additionally, Jon represents businesses in transactional and regulatory matters. He has experience handling all aspects of litigation for several motor vehicle, trucking and premises liability cases in Georgia state and federal courts. Jon has served as first- and second-chair for more than a dozen jury and bench trials, and has successfully argued numerous summary judgment motions, motions to open default and motions to dismiss.
After earning his law degree at Florida State University College of law, Jon served as an electronic discovery consultant and assisted Fortune 500 companies. Prior to entering law school, he was a local government official and political consultant in south Florida.
