Lilith V. Xara

Lilith is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in insurance defense and civil litigation. Over the course of her career, she has successfully managed numerous case files and has obtained favorable early adjudication in a significant number of cases. Lilith’s practice encompasses a wide array of areas, including general liability, products liability and insurance coverage. Her representative clients include mortgage servicers, banks and insurance companies.

Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Lilith worked in the Nevada office of a national civil litigation firm for nearly 10 years. During this time, she defended financial services providers and handled insurance-related litigation matters. Previously, Lilith served as a law clerk for the Honorable Elissa F. Cadish of the Nevada Eighth Judicial District Court and prepared legal memoranda, briefs and case summaries, and also assisted the Judge with daily judicial administration.
