FEATURED OPPORTUNITY  |  Associate Attorney (Litigation) — Philadelphia, PA

Litchfield Cavo seeks a highly-motivated Associate Attorney with at least three years’ experience in civil litigation defense. Broad experience in insurance defense is a plus, as is experience in premises liability, construction defect, employment, banking and automobile accident litigation. A Pennsylvania and New Jersey state attorney’s licenseas well as experience practicing before state and federal courts is required. An additional state admission is a plus. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a dynamic team of lawyers defending matters throughout the United States for various clients within a forward-thinking firm.

QUALIFICATONS:

The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

  • practice law in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and assist with cases from other offices;
  • manage multiple case files successfully in a busy environment;
  • demonstrate strong legal research and analytical skills;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • strong attention to detail with superb organization and prioritization skills;
  • ability to move from case to case; and,
  • knowledge of both state and federal court procedures.
