Jordan concentrates his legal practice in the areas of business and commercial litigation. He has significant experience participating in motion practice, and routinely appears in Illinois state courts where he handles settlement negotiations, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgement and numerous other contested motions. Jordan uses his Master of Business Administration degree knowledge to apply both in-depth understanding of the business environment and a level of practicality to his law practice.
Jordan previously practiced civil litigation while at a defense firm in Chicago and concentrated on medical malpractice. During this time, he represented hospitals, physicians and healthcare providers.
Prior to joining the legal profession, Jordan executed and coordinated equity and option trading strategies as a trader for a nationally recognized billion-dollar hedge fund that managed domestic and offshore accounts.
