Rikki D. Studley

Rikki’s practice includes handling New York Labor Law cases, construction litigation and property damage litigation. Her experience also encompasses representing clients in general liability cases including premises liability, trucking liability and motor vehicle claims. Rikki has litigated complex civil cases in both federal and state courts.

Rikki has defended professional liability and medical malpractice actions on behalf of hospitals, physicians, nurses, physician assistants and medical practices. She also has represented and advised Fortune 500 companies, international corporations, banks and other financial institutions in commercial matters and transactions.

While earning her Juris Doctorate at Brooklyn Law School, Rikki clerked for two New York State Supreme Court Judges in the civil and commercial divisions, respectively.
