Joseph is an experienced trial attorney at the Litchfield Cavo LLP’s Kansas City office. He focuses his practice on business litigation, professional liability litigation and insurance defense and consistently provides thorough, accessible and straight-forward counsel to his clients. Joseph handles all phases of the litigation process from pre-trial investigation, pleadings and discovery, through to trial and settlement. He also performs research, drafts briefs and argues cases at all state and federal court levels.
Joseph previously litigated cases at firms in Missouri and Kansas and enhanced his legal experience while representing businesses, insurance companies and municipalities. He has additional experience handling healthcare compliance cases and banking matters.
