Jennifer focuses her practice entirely on financial institution clients. As a member of Litchfield Cavo LLP’s financial institutions class action team, she also defends credit union clients across the country against breach of contract and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) class action claims. Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo, she practiced as a research attorney at a Fortune 500, Illinois-based insurance company. While in-house, Jennifer counseled clients on applicable state and federal regulations and implications of implementing new internal processes. She also conducted research on nationwide home and auto insurance laws to identify and minimize potential risk of lawsuits and regulatory violations.
Jennifer has experience handling high-volume debt collection cases, including representing clients in court, negotiating payment agreements, drafting pleadings and arguing motions. She has additional experience representing spouses and parents in divorce and child custody proceedings, including conducting legal research on evolving financial laws, assessing cases, drafting marital settlement agreements and parenting plans as well as representing clients in pre-trial conferences and negotiations.
After earning her law degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Jennifer served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Glynnis D. Hill in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
