Dennis R. Fogarty

Dennis is a seasoned attorney with more than 30 years of litigation experience. He handles complex, high-exposure cases, including uninsured/underinsured motorist claims and products liability defense. Dennis focuses on civil litigation and insurance defense matters, and brings extensive experience in insurance casualty defense, commercial coverage disputes, construction law, employment matters and intellectual property-related coverage issues.

For his construction liability practice, Dennis represents clients in disputes involving residential, commercial and industrial projects, including defect claims, code compliance and architectural liability, often managing cases involving seven- and eight-figure exposures. He also provides efficient and effective handling of high-stakes legal matters while leading client litigation teams and supervising and mentoring attorneys through motion practice, trial preparation and alternative dispute resolution efforts.
