Scott concentrates his law practice in the areas of construction liability, general liability, products liability and toxic tort litigation.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Scott participated in various commercial contract, medical malpractice, wrongful death petitions, Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation (SLAPP) suits, debt collection and foreclosure cases.
Prior to attending law school, Scott worked at the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) as a program administrator for the United States National Committee of the International Electrotechnical Commission. During this time, he leveraged experience gained as a program manager at the United Nations Democracy Fund to facilitate the development of the International Electrotechnical Policy and Standardization to benefit United States consumers and business.
