“Regan” focuses her practice on employment and labor law defense. She has litigation experience in Pennsylvania state and federal courts, including matters involving personal injury.
While a law clerk, Regan drafted briefs and pleadings primarily in employment law cases. As a legal extern for the West Virginia Senate, she drafted a criminal procedure bill that was later enacted into law.
While earning her law degree at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, Regan interned with the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office where she argued motions and represented the Commonwealth in preliminary hearings under attorney supervision.
