Throughout the course of her legal career, Anna has counseled and defended employers, insurers and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. She has gained valuable experience conducting and defending depositions, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, analyzing records and preparing for hearings.
Anna has experience researching legal issues involving constitutional violations and habeas corpus petitions, as well as drafting court orders and attending court hearings to screen pro se prisoner complaints as a Pro Se Law Clerk for the United States District Court of the Western District of New York.
While earning her law degree, Anna was a student attorney at the Syracuse University College of Law Transactional Law Clinic, and consulted with local businesses and student start-ups on regulatory compliance involving entity formation and tax liabilities. Previously, she was an intern at a global luxury real estate agency and brokerage in New York where she drafted policy framework identifying compliance issues with auctioneering and brokerage laws in the United States, Europe and Asia.
