Amy focuses her practice on insurance defense. She represents businesses and insurers in litigation and pre-suit matters, and has handled cases from inception including pre-suit investigations through discovery and dispositive motions.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Amy was a senior associate at an insurance defense law firm where she primarily handled premises liability and premises security cases. Previously, she handled business litigation at a boutique law firm, and also handled title insurance matters as in-house claims counsel.
