Rachel has more than eight years of experience representing employers in the area of workers’ compensation. She has defended cases on behalf of both private employers and large corporations, counties and municipalities, healthcare systems and teaching institutions, and construction companies and manufacturers that are either insured or self-insured. Rachel has experience handling New Jersey and Pennsylvania court cases at the administrative and appellate court levels.
In addition to her workers’ compensation experience, Rachel has experience handling employment law litigation in both state and federal courts, in addition to in-house legal work. She previously assisted healthcare systems, teaching institutions, large corporations, counties and municipalities, as well as private employers with personnel issues, wage and hour disputes, discrimination complaints and investigations, policy drafting and implementation. Rachel also has provided trainings to employers and their staff on numerous legal topics.
Rachel has experience presenting at conferences and providing private trainings to employers and insurance carriers on topics such as how to avoid common mistakes and problems in workers’ compensation law.
