Katharine focuses her legal practice in the areas of general liability and worker’s compensation. She has experience as a defense litigator representing clients such as homeowners, businesses, insured drivers and insurance companies in civil matters from inception to verdict. Katharine centers her practice around strategies that ensure her clients receive the best possible outcomes.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Katharine was a defense litigation attorney at a national Fortune 100 insurance company. During that time, she represented insurance companies and insured customers in mediations, arbitrations and at trial throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. Preceding her time at the insurance company, Katharine represented lenders in foreclosure actions and mediations throughout Connecticut an associate attorney at a national law firm that serves the financial services industry.
