Kere focuses her practice on civil litigation matters, representing clients including homeowners associations, property management companies, and commercial and residential landlords in a range of practice areas. She also represents businesses ranging from small to multi-million dollar entities, and defends employers against labor and employment claims. Additionally, Kere handles matters in the areas of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death, property damage, breach of contract, habitability and soils movement/landslides.
Kere has substantial civil litigation experience including jury trials, bench trials, binding arbitrations and federal court cases. She has tried many cases to verdict in both jury trials and bench trials, and has obtained complete defense verdicts for her clients, as well as awards for litigation fees and costs and attorney’s fees. Kere is also sought out to provide additional litigation and trial support for current counsel in high-exposure cases, using her vast experience to assist under high-pressure circumstances.
