Nicole focuses her practice on commercial litigation, insurance defense and probate disputes. She represents businesses and individuals in a range of civil litigation matters including those involving breach of contract, fraud, personal injury and property damage.
Nicole previously practiced insurance defense litigation at an Atlanta firm where she managed an active caseload and represented restaurants and food industry clients. During this time, she conducted party depositions, drafted pleadings and discovery materials, and advised clients, including claims professionals, on litigation strategy and risk exposure.
Nicole’s practice includes handling all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment and discovery through motion practice, depositions, hearings and case resolution. She manages all stages of discovery, such as drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. Nicole also drafts and argues dispositive and non-dispositive motions including motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment.
