Nick is a seasoned litigator with a diverse practice focused on commercial and civil defense litigation. From case inception through resolution, he represents clients across a broad range of industries, including insurance, transportation, retail, and financial services. Nick’s experience includes defending high-stakes trucking, motor vehicle, and premises liability claims, as well as advising small businesses and partnerships on contract disputes and property-related issues.
Nick has a strong background in commercial contract drafting and routinely counsels clients on risk mitigation and litigation strategy. He is particularly well-versed in defending credit unions in class actions and statutory liability matters, and he has successfully represented national and international corporations, insurance carriers, and local businesses in both state and federal courts in Louisiana, Montana, and Washington.
With first-chair trial experience in Louisiana and Washington State, Nick brings a strategic and results-driven approach to every case. He consistently achieves favorable outcomes for his clients in mediations, arbitrations, and at trial.
