Nick handles commercial and civil defense litigation cases from inception through resolution. He has experience drafting commercial contracts, advising small businesses and partnerships on contract disputes and property issues, and handling high-value trucking, motor vehicle and premises casualty cases. Nick regularly defends credit unions against class actions and statutory liability cases. Additionally, he defends national and international corporations, insurance companies and small businesses in Louisiana, Montana and Washington state courts, as well as Louisiana and Montana federal courts. Nick has first-chair trial experience in Louisiana and Washington State, and routinely obtains favorable results for his clients in meditations and arbitrations.
