Celebrating Women’s History Month on International Women’s Day

In honor of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, Litchfield Cavo LLP’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee hosted a Zoom luncheon on March 8, 2021, attended by Firm attorneys throughout the country. During the Zoom luncheon, members of our Executive and D&I Committees moderated discussion topics regarding professional development, business development, mentorship and leadership skills.

While Litchfield Cavo appreciates the opportunity to celebrate Women’s History Month and IWD, and we understand the importance of providing our attorneys with opportunities for professional development, as well as advancement, throughout the year. We have also supported our female colleagues and working parents in various ways during the pandemic, including endorsing flexible work schedules and fully remote work.
