Illinois Attorney Presents at Chicago Bar Association Tort Litigation Committee Meeting
Litchfield Cavo LLP Chicago attorney Natalie J. Eschbach is presenting at the Chicago Bar Association’s Tort Litigation Committee meeting. On Wednesday, January 27, Natalie will present on the topic, “Expert Discovery in Product Liability Cases” at the virtual webcast.
Natalie is presenting to attorneys, during which time she will discuss tactics for using expert discovery in product liability actions. During the webcast, she will cover topics such as selecting and retaining experts, inspectors, preserving evidence and jurisdictional considerations.

The Tort Litigation Committee is a section of the Chicago Bar Association that keeps members up-to-date on issues in tort litigation practice in Cook and surrounding counties. It also studies and recommends changes to statues and local and Supreme Court rules that affect the practices of tort litigators, and participates in ongoing discussion with representatives of the Cook County Court System to uphold the effective and efficient administration of justice on tort law matters.
Natalie is an attorney in Litchfield Cavo’s Chicago office. She focuses her practice on construction and products liability, trucking liability claims and handles many matters involving professional medical malpractice. She has additional experience with complex litigation and catastrophic personal injury cases, as well as premises liability claims.
