Chicago Office Welcomes New Counsel

Litchfield Cavo LLP is pleased to welcome Julie M. Mallen to the Chicago, Illinois office. Julie represents corporate clients, individual shareholders, sole proprietors and entrepreneurs in a myriad of complex commercial disputes.

Julie focuses her practice on business litigation matters involving antitrust issues, breach of fiduciary duty claims and legal malpractice. In addition, she handles labor and employment issues involving breaches of non-compete, non-disclosure and non-solicitation agreements and advises clients on contract negotiations. Julie also counsels clients on product liability matters and risk management concerns.
