Illinois Partner Presents on Reducing Company Hiring and Firing Risks

As part of his three-part seminar series for the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, Litchfield Cavo LLP partner Sean F. Darke is presenting, “Reducing Your Company’s Risk By Hiring and Firing the Right Way,” on March 10, 2020.

During his seminar being held in Naperville, Illinois, Sean will discuss how to manage risk in the onboarding and termination process as part of a full-day, interactive event.

Sean’s series is being presented to Illinois Chamber members and explores various topics of Illinois employment law. His upcoming presentations include “Reducing Employer’s Litigation Risks: How Employers Should Handle Harassment Complaints” and “Solving The Complex World of Wage and Hour Issues for Illinois Businesses.” Previously, Sean has given seminars on “HR Essentials Employment Laws A – Z: Guiding Illinois Employers Through All of the New and Old Illinois Employment Laws.”
