David focuses his practice on general liability and insurance defense. He has experience representing insurers and companies in the industrial, construction and manufacturing sectors, including successors-in-interest to entities involved in asbestos litigation, in complex litigation, settlement negotiations, mediation and arbitration.
Before joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, David was an attorney working on insurance defense and toxic tort matters. He also served for six years as an Administrative Law Judge at the Arizona Department of Economic Security where he adjudicated public assistance appeals, and had previously clerked at the Massachusetts Superior Court.
