“Maddie” concentrates her practice on a variety of civil litigation matters, with a focus on general liability and toxic tort cases. She has experience in both Pennsylvania state and federal courts, and has a strong foundation in litigation, discovery review and legal research and writing.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Maddie was an associate attorney at a criminal defense law firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While earning her law degree, she was a judicial law clerk in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, where she gained valuable courtroom knowledge and experience. During this time, Maddie drafted memoranda, motions and petitions, and provided assistance by preparing trial exhibits and evidence.
Before enrolling at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, Maddie was the Communications Director for a Philadelphia-based law firm that focuses on medical malpractice lawsuits and complex civil litigation.
