Joseph focuses his practice in the area of general liability and has experience handling cases involving negligence. Moreover, he has experience representing an array of clients in matters concerning the breaching of a contract or the entrance of a contract based on fraud.
Joseph gained experience as an associate attorney at a Miami law firm that engages in civil litigation. During that time, he drafted motions and other legal documents, conducted a substantial amount of legal research and attended several hearings.
Practices
- Participated in the representation of a business owner who alleged that other business owners fraudulently induced him to enter a contract and that those business owners breached the contract they entered into.
- Participated in the representation of two individuals who were allegedly negligent in connection to a fatal dog bite.
