Casey concentrates his career solely in the area of Illinois workers’ compensation and areas associated with that law. He practices before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission in Chicago and other collar counties, and has argued and won cases at both the Circuit Courts and the Workers’ Compensation Commission of the Illinois Appellate Court. Casey has represented injured workers, but for more than 32 years his focus has exclusively been defending Illinois employers.
After earning his degree at DePaul University College of Law, Casey was a law clerk at the Circuit Court of Cook County in the section that hears workers’ compensation judicial reviews.
