Jennifer concentrates her legal practice in the areas of general liability and workers’ compensation. She has experience handling the litigation process including motion practice, discovery and depositions. Jennifer also conducts legal research and provides high-quality representation to her insurance company and employer clients.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Jennifer was an attorney at a boutique estate planning firm in Houston, Texas. During this time, she assisted clients by creating new, and updating existing, estate plans including the drafting of wills, trust agreements and other related documents. Previously, Jennifer practiced law at a mid-sized litigation firm where she handled all aspects of the litigation process up to and until trial.
While earning her law degree at South Texas College of Law Houston, Jennifer drafted motions and discovery, and assisted attorneys with trial preparation as a legal intern at a number of family law and defense firms in Houston, Texas.
