Megan concentrates her practice in general liability and insurance defense litigation. Her clients include businesses, insurers and individuals through all stages of litigation. Megan has a background in handling transportation, premises liability and negligent security matters.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Megan practiced at a large insurance defense firm in Tampa, Florida. Previously, she was an attorney for a Florida water management district where she represented the agency in environmental and regulatory matters in both state and administrative tribunals.
Megan began her legal career as an assistant public defender in the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Florida, where she gained extensive jury trial experience and became a Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer.
