Javiera B. Sundar

Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Javiera was an assistant public defender in Broward County, Florida, where she represented indigent clients. During that time, she handled cases in both juvenile court and adult felony court involving tasks such as filing and arguing pre-trial motions, and litigating in both bench and jury trials.

While attending St. Thomas University School of Law, Javiera served as a research assistant where she examined matters of corporate responsibility and international law. In 2017 she coached a group of students who participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Javiera was also a Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Complex Litigation.
