Joshua J. Kim, Jr.

Joshua concentrates his legal practice in the areas of insurance defense and general liability. He has experience drafting substantive briefs and procuring insightful litigation strategies.

Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Joshua was a summer associate at a boutique law firm in Chicago that focuses on regulatory, beverage trade practice and hospitality matters. During this time, he assisted clients with obtaining and maintaining necessary business licenses, and also supported major food delivery platforms with navigating regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions. Joshua was previously a United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Scholars Program participant where he worked as a legal intern. While working at the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, he gained experience supporting attorneys on a high-profile cryptocurrency case and other financial crimes.
