Amy focuses her practice on insurance defense. She represents businesses and insurers in litigation and pre-suit matters, and has handled cases from inception including pre-suit investigations through discovery and dispositive motions.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Amy was an attorney at an insurance defense law firm where she primarily handled premises liability and premises security cases. Previously, she handled business litigation at a boutique law firm, and also handled title insurance matters as in-house claims counsel.
