Daniel focuses his practice on toxic tort litigation and represents product manufacturers, premises owners and employers in complex personal injury and wrongful death matters. He has extensive experience managing all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice and settlement negotiations.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Daniel defended clients in toxic exposure cases across multiple jurisdictions. He also maintains a commitment to environmental law and litigation strategy, drawing on prior experience with a federal agency and public interest law firms focused on environmental compliance, public health and regulatory enforcement.
