Justin concentrates his litigation practice in the area of general liability. He handles all key aspects of the civil litigation process including pleadings, discovery and depositions, as well as preparations for trial.
Justin has prior experience negotiating personal injury settlements on behalf of Plaintiffs, affording him a unique advantage when defending civil litigation cases on behalf of clients. He obtained valuable trial experience while handling complex motions as a criminal defense attorney, prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, and gained personal injury experience while managing his case load shortly after earning his law degree at Western State College of Law.
