Litchfield Cavo Attends Women’s Empowerment Leadership Conference

Litchfield Cavo LLP attended the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey’s2024 Annual Women’s Empowerment Leadership & Law (WELL) Conference,” which was held on Saturday, March 9, at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Our New York City Partner Nadia Del Toro attended the event and met with Latina professionals in the legal field. Guests and participants were invited to listen to speakers in the legal industry during two different panels and a keynote address.

The WELL Conference is held to inspire women to seek leadership positions within the legal profession and beyond. Each year, the WELL Conference welcomes nearly 200 diverse attendees including seasoned legal practitioners, government officials and judges, as well as students from law schools, colleges and the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey’s American Dream High School Pipeline programs. The Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey is a statewide organization that represents the interests of attorneys, judges, law professors and law students who share a common interest of resolving the issues affecting Hispanic individuals in the legal community.

Nadia is a partner in our New York City office. She focuses her practice on high exposure New York Labor Law and general liability cases for primary and excess insurance carriers. Nadia has additional experience litigating administrative law, professional liability, toxic torts, medical malpractice and nursing home matters.
