Illinois Partner Peter Kim to Speak at ISEPS/COS Annual Meeting

Chicago partner Peter C. Kim will present “Human Resources and the Fair Labor Standards Act,” during the 14th Annual Joint Conference of the Illinois Society of Eye Physicians and the Chicago Ophthalmological Society held in Rosemont, Illinois on March 23, 2018. Peter will present on the ever-complex compliance requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act’s wage and hours regulations.
For more than 14 years, the Illinois Society of Eye Physicians and the Chicago Ophthalmological Society societies have sponsored what has become one of the largest educational conferences in the nation.
Peter concentrates his practice in employment matters, commercial litigation, aviation litigation claims and corporate transactional issues.
