Litchfield Cavo Celebrates #EachforEqual

Litchfield Cavo LLP is proud to support International Women’s Day, annually celebrated on March 8.

Collectively and individually our staff and attorneys promote diversity and inclusion every day, and together Litchfield Cavo will celebrate this movement for women in the days surrounding Sunday, March 8, 2020.

The International Women’s Day theme this year is #EachforEqual, giving focus on the collective individualism and notion that our individual actions and mindsets can change society as a whole. In addition to calling on society to acknowledge the movement, this theme underscores the drive toward gender equality in workplaces as well as placements in the boardroom.

With that spirit, we recognize the core values of Litchfield Cavo’s diversity and inclusion efforts to actively work to ensure respect for different backgrounds, perspectives and experiences both within the Firm and towards our clients, ultimately striving to effectively develop shared strengths and assets.
