On Wednesday, June 1, Litchfield Cavo kicked off Pride Month by proudly hosting a Firm-wide presentation, “Beyond the Binary: A Journey to Self-Love and Acceptance,” presented by Tony Ferraiolo who discussed meaningful and timely LGBTQIA+ topics.  Tony covered topics including Gender 101, “misgendering” and how to recover graciously, artistic expressions, and mindful communication. The presentation concluded with a Q&A session.
