Litchfield Cavo Supports “Birdies for Breathing” Benefitting Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Litchfield Cavo LLP is a proud sponsor of the first-ever Birdies for Breathing Golf Tournament benefitting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the world leader in the search for a cure for cystic fibrosis. The tournament takes place Monday, September 20 at the St. Clair Country Club in Belleville, Illinois.

The event is organized by the Lauren and Matt Ziegler family, whose one-year-old daughter Alex inherited cystic fibrosis. All proceeds will benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and support their mission to find a cure for cystic fibrosis and improve the quality of life for those living with the disease. In addition to the golf tournament, the fundraising event includes raffle prizes, food and a silent auction. Anyone interested in participating may register, including golfers and non-golfers.

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s mission is to cure cystic fibrosis and provide the opportunity to lead long, fulfilling lives to everyone who lives with the genetic disease. The Foundation does so by funding research and drug development, partnering with the cystic fibrosis community and advancing high-quality, specialized care.
