Litchfield Cavo Partner to Share Insights on Investigating and Litigating Lithium Battery Fires at CLM Annual Conference

Chicago Partner Natalie J. Eschbach will serve as a panelist at the 2025 Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Annual Conference, being held April 9-11, 2025, in Dallas, Texas, at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center.

During her April 10 panel discussion titled “Powered Up: Understanding How to Investigate and Litigate Lithium Battery Fires,” Natalie and her fellow panelists will equip attendees with practical knowledge to navigate the complexities of lithium-ion battery incidents, from initial investigation to potential litigation. Session participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of lithium-ion battery functionality, failure patterns, and effective strategies for investigating and litigating related fire cases.

The CLM Annual Conference gathers individuals who play a role in the process of managing claims and litigation to advance shared knowledge and best practices. During this year’s event, industry leaders will discuss how to balance established best practices with the potential of emerging or evolving claims and litigation management tools or processes.
