Litchfield Cavo to Sponsor 2024 FETTI Conference

Litchfield Cavo LLP will again sponsor the 2024 National Forum for Environmental and Toxic Tort Issues (FETTI) Annual Conference, being held Sept. 25-27 at the Union League Club of Chicago. During the 30th annual event, Chicago Partner Thomas M. Crawford will present, “How My Ancestors Helped Me Better Defend Cases,” and discuss discovery and litigation sources. Chicago Partner Joseph P. Sullivan will also attend the event to meet with environmental and toxic tort professionals, and gain additional insight on current industry trends.

Attendees gather from coast-to-coast to attend educational sessions and receive updates regarding the ever-changing, dynamic fields of pollution, environmental laws and toxic torts. Nationally recognized speakers will discuss topics including environmental and mass tort coverage updates, handling a catastrophic loss, emerging exposures and much more. Additionally, the event provides continuing education for legal and insurance professionals, as well as networking opportunities.

FETTI provides environmental insurance industry professionals with updates and education, and remains dedicated to the professional development of its members.
