Litchfield Cavo LLP is a sponsor of Driving Diversity in Law & Leadership Summit, hosted by CenterForce and taking place at the Voco Chicago Downtown on Wednesday, October 16.

This summit is dedicated to providing solutions and fostering collaboration for tackling the critical diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) challenges that affect the legal landscape in Chicago and surrounding areas. During the event, Chicago Partner Natalie J. Eschbach will participate in “Redefining Success: From Burnout to Balance in a Multigenerational Workforce,” and contribute to the panel’s objective of connecting diverse viewpoints and providing insights on how each generation can further learn from others for career success and personal well-being. Specific topics that will be explored during this discussion include: altering attitudes toward mental health and burnout; managing work-life integration; and, the impact of remote and in-office work environments on career.
