New Orleans Attorneys to Host CLE and Professionalism Presentations
Litchfied Cavo LLP attorneys Erin F. Lorio and Allyson C. Byrd will present two hours of CLE and one hour of professionalism training through a partnership with the Association of Corporate Counsel to attendees at a meeting composed of Louisiana-based in-house counsel on October 11, 2019. The event will take place at Brennan’s Restaurant in New Orleans, LA from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Their first presentation, “‘Did She Really Just Say That?’ Professionalism in the Era of Oversharing,” will discuss mandatory CLEs that focus on professionalism and how professionalism is viewed in the era of social oversharing. Their second presentation, “Help Us Help You: Risk Management Tips from the Litigator’s Vantage Point,” discusses the roles of in-house counsel, risk managers, third-party administrators and outside counsel in the context of claims and risk management.

Erin focuses her practice on casualty defense and commercial litigation. Allyson concentrates her practice in workers’ compensation, employment law and insurance defense.
