New Orleans Attorneys to Host CLE and Professionalism Presentations
Litchfield Cavo LLP attorneys Erin F. Lorio and Allyson C. Byrd, through a partnership with the Association of Corporate Counsel, will present two hours of CLE and one hour of professionalism training to Louisiana-based in-house counsel attendees. The event will take place at Brennan’s Restaurant in New Orleans, Louisiana on October 11, 2019.
During their first presentation, “‘Did She Really Just Say That?’ Professionalism in the Era of Oversharing,” Erin and Ally will discuss mandatory CLEs that focus on professionalism and how professionalism is viewed in the era of social oversharing.
During their second presentation, “Help Us Help You: Risk Management Tips from the Litigator’s Vantage Point,” they discuss the roles of in-house counsel, risk managers, third-party administrators and outside counsel in the context of claims and risk management.

Erin focuses her practice on casualty defense and commercial litigation. Ally concentrates her practice in workers’ compensation, employment law and insurance defense. They both serve as outside counsel to a number of businesses and organizations to provide legal advice and litigation services.
