New York Partner Participates in Joint Bar Association Reception
New York City Partner Dana M. Catanzaro will participate in the celebration of the historic appointment of the Honorable Joseph A. Zayas, the first Puerto Rican and Latino individual to be selected as chief administrative judge of the New York State Unified Court System.
An unprecedented number of New York bar associations, judicial associations and court fraternal organizations will collaborate to host this momentous reception on July 26, 2023, in Manhattan. More than 40 bar and judicial associations will be represented at the reception held to recognize the unified mission of the associations—to ensure a balanced and diverse legal system.
Dana Catanzaro, member of the reception planning committee, is current president of the Columbian Lawyers Association, First Department, and co-chair of the New York County Lawyers Association, Civil Court Practice Section. She will join other members of the planning committee, including:
- The Honorable Carmen A. Pacheco, chair, Women’s Committee, Puerto Rican Bar Association
- The Honorable Betty Lugo, chair, Historic Preservation Committee, Puerto Rican Bar Association
