Partner Mitchell H. Frazen Joins Special Olympics Colorado Polar Plunge

For the eighth year, Litchfield Cavo LLP Partner Mitchell H. Frazen will join his grandson Logan’s Lincoln Middle School Unified Team to participate in the Windsor Polar Plunge and 5K on Saturday, April 15. This annual fundraising event is held in benefit of Special Olympics Colorado and its athletes.

To participate in the Polar Plunge, individuals or teams collect pledges from friends, family and colleagues. All contributions directly support the life-changing programs offered by Special Olympics Colorado that provide more than 16,000 youth and adults with intellectual disabilities the tools to build their confidence and self-esteem. Please visit the Windsor Polar Plunge and 5K website to read more and learn how you can get involved.

Special Olympics was established in 1969 on the belief that individuals with intellectual disabilities can learn, enjoy and benefit from sports participation. Special Olympics provides year-round training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports, giving children and adults with intellectual disabilities opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
