Two Litchfield Cavo Partners to Participate at Annual Cannabis Industry Conference

Litchfield Cavo LLP is co-sponsoring the First Annual Emerging Legal Trends in the Cannabis Industry Conference hosted by Perrin on June 27, 2019, at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco. This conference brings together industry leaders, litigators and advocates to discuss ongoing challenges that face this unique and fast growing area of the law.

Partners Sean F. Darke and Brenda F. Hasenzahl will attend, and Sean will participate on a panel addressing employer/employee relationships and the key issues employers must address in the face of differing legal views of state and federal government, in addition to validity of medical cannabis use among employees.

Brenda is a partner in Litchfield Cavo’s Dallas-Fort Worth office and focuses her practice on employment and labor, toxic tort, construction, general and products liability. Sean is a partner in the Firm’s Chicago office and focuses his practice primarily on business litigation and employment and labor law.
