Pennsylvania attorney Susie Cirilli has authored “Guidance on the Definition of Sex“ in response to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission’s (PHRC) update to the legal definition of “sex.” As of August 2, 2018, the legal definition of sex has been expanded to include: Sex Assigned at Birth, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Gender Expression, Gender Transition and Transgender.
