With more than 35 years of litigation experience, Thomas has successfully argued in the Louisiana Supreme Court, several Louisiana Courts of Appeal and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and delivered many favorable outcomes for his clients. He is a member of a number of professional industry organizations, including the Claims Litigation and Management Alliance (CLM) and the Defense Research Institute (DRI), among others.
