Joshua represents both individuals and businesses in many litigation disputes, such as insurance defense, including general liability, medical malpractice/professional liability and products liability. He also handles contract disputes, privacy claims, defamation, false light, and other business-related torts in state and federal courts.

Joshua has experience in consumer protection litigation and previously handled a range of employment law matters at the federal trial court level including claims involving discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages and violations of Title VII and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). He continues to represent businesses in the defense of these types of claims.

  • Key member of the pretrial litigation and trial team representing an individual in a negligent security case involving a traumatic brain injury, which culminated in a $160.5 million verdict after a six-week civil jury trial. (Clark County, Nevada 2017)
  • Obtained $4.2 million judgment in favor of an attorney in a business defamation matter.  (Clark County, Nevada 2018)
  • Obtained summary judgment for crane machine company with use of statutory employer defense in personal injury case. (Clark County, Nevada 2019)
  • Negotiated complex Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) settlement between a major casino, a restaurant operator and an employee union. (Clark County, Nevada 2024)
