Russell has more than 15 years of experience handling all aspects of civil litigation. He has achieved favorable results at every stage of the litigation process from pre-litigation through discovery, motion practice and trial/arbitration, and has completed the Clark County’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) required training to serve as an arbitrator in Nevada.
Russell has represented clients ranging from individuals and small businesses, to large international companies in a wide range of insurance defense matters, including general liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death. His skills in motion practice have enabled him to obtain full and/or partial summary judgment on numerous matters, and to settle numerous high-exposure cases for his clients.
Prior to his 2010 admission to the Nevada Bar, Russell worked in-house for a major insurance company as a paralegal, and later served as a student attorney pursuant to Supreme Court Rule (SCR) 49.5 for the Clark County Public Defender’s Office. While earning his law degree at Ave Maria School of Law, Russell was a member of the Moot Court Board and previously served multiple terms as chair of the Entertainment and Sports Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada.
