Carol focuses her practice in the areas of environmental, employment, personal and workplace injury, general liability and appellate law.

Carol is a former managing partner of a litigation practice at a law firm that represented mortgage lenders, banks and financial institutions. While there, she focused on lender contract disputes and litigation involving complex subrogation issues. Immediately prior, Carol was a partner at a law firm that focused on environmental law, educational law and general litigation. She also has experience representing municipalities and police departments in employment and discrimination disputes as well as civil litigation.

Carol has diverse litigation experience in the state and federal trial and appellate courts. She has tried cases in state courts and before administrative agencies. In addition, Carol has successfully handled appeals before the United States District Court of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Since 2003, Carol has been an adjunct professor at the Rowan College at Burlington County where she teaches Real Property to students in the Paralegal Studies program.

While attending Widener University School of Law, Carol interned as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert Ellis Francis, J.S.C., in the Gloucester County Superior Court for two semesters.
