Carol focuses her legal practice in the areas of civil litigation and general liability, as well as financial institution law and contract claims. She also handles employment and labor law cases, and matters involving workers’ compensation injuries. Carol’s defense practice includes insurance coverage litigation, automobile liability matters, bad faith claims, and cases concerning homeowners and property policies, and unfair insurance practices.

Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Carol was the managing partner at a boutique law practice that represented mortgage lenders, banks and financial institutions. At that time she focused on lender contract disputes and complex subrogation litigation issues. Carol’s law experience includes representing municipalities and police departments in employment and discrimination disputes. She also has handled environmental law matters as well as others involving education institutions.

Since 2003, Carol has been an adjunct professor at the Rowan College at Burlington County where she instructs students in Real Property as part of the Paralegal Studies program.
