Charles concentrates his practice in the areas of construction liability and New York Labor Law. He represents insurance companies and self-insured businesses in state courts. Charles has experience as an attorney at a large insurance defense firm where he handled various general liability matters, including automobile negligence, premises liability, construction accidents and construction defects.
After earning his law degree at New York Law School, Charles was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robert C. Wilson, Bergen County, New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division. During this time, he aided Judge Wilson in managing his voluminous docket consisting of matters ranging from personal injury to complex business and complex construction litigation.
